Michelle’s career in labour law began when she was appointed as an Associate to a Judge of the Labour Court in November 1999. Michelle was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2002. She has 18 years’ experience as a practicing Attorney specialising in Employment and Labour Law. Michelle is a seasoned legal representative and Chairperson of disciplinary/appeal and grievance hearings. Before establishing her own law firm, M.N Attorneys, Michelle was a partner at Rocher Attorneys and a Director: Employment & Labour Law for 10 years at the law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa.
